Retired NFL pass rusher JJ Watt open to returning to Texans only if DeMeco Ryans 'absolutely needs it'

The 2023 season marked the first time in more than a decade that J.J. Watt was not playing in the NFL, but he said he would be ready to go if the Texans coach needs him.
