Man allegedly linked to drug cartel fatally shot at Starbucks in Mexico City

A man who allegedly had links to a northern Mexico drug cartel was shot to death at a Starbucks. The Thursday shooting happened inside the Plaza Carso shopping mall of Mexico City.
